Centerra Apartments believes that pet-friendly homes are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs with a maximum of two pets and a weight limit of 80 pounds each. There is a one-time $250 fee, monthly $30 rental fee, and $250 deposit. Breed restrictions do apply.
